In cases of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the latter will prevail.

Vehicle Rental Requirements
- To rent a vehicle from Car Hire in Kilburn, you must be at least 21 years old, though specific age restrictions may apply based on the vehicle type, with potential extra fees for drivers under 25. You are required to possess a valid driving licence suitable for the vehicle category, held for the minimum duration outlined in the Rental Agreement. Booking and Payment Details
- Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or directly at our Kilburn office. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. Full payment and a security deposit are generally required at the time of vehicle pickup. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, including racing, off-roading, or other dangerous pursuits. It is prohibited to transport hazardous materials or sublet the vehicle to unauthorized individuals. Driving under the influence or exceeding passenger and weight limits is unacceptable. Additionally, traveling beyond agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Kilburn Car Hire will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liabilities for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
